My name is Jessica Moniz and I’m excited to be opening Lois Fitness with my husband David!  I have been a fitness enthusiast since as far back as I can remember. I am a Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, MAD DOGG Spinning Instructor, and hold a certification in Nutrition as well.

Fitness is a passion that is embedded into every aspect of my life.  I believe fitness is comprised of mental, physical, and emotional health.  One cannot achieve true fitness without all three of these components. I truly receive the utmost gratification in helping others achieve their fitness goals in a comfortable, personalized environment.  Everyone deserves to feel self-worth and love no matter where they are in their lives. Being positive is contagious…..this is what Lois Fitness is all about.

Kerri has been teaching fitness classes for 18 years.  Kerri is an AFAA certified Group Exercise Instructor and holds numerous specialty certifications such as Pilates, Yoga, total body strength and cycling.  Kerr has a passion for fitness.  She believes that fitness is an essential component of self-care because exercise facilitates mental clarity and physical well-being.

I have always been the person to motivate people into pursuing their goals whether it is a
weight loss goal or just getting back into the gym in general. The problem was I was not
taking my advice. One day a group of friends and I created a pack to get healthy (and they held me to it). As the journey continued, I fell in love with the process. Once you can mentally get there, that is when the progress happens. From there, I knew my journey was to try to use that to help people fall in love with the process.
